Not Receiving Our Email?

If you’re not receiving emails from us, please check the “Spam” folder of your mailbox and mark it “not spam”. This will help telling your email provider that we’re someone legit and our emails are important to you!

Our purchase system sends out an email at every stage of your order so you could keep track of where they are. This includes an “order received” email when you place an order, an “order shipped” email when your order has been dispatched, or an “ready for pick up” email if you’re picking up from our office, and finally an “order completed” email.

We only send promotional emails occasionally, so don’t worry, we won’t spam your mailbox.
