COVID-19 Update

Dear Customer,

Thank you for all your support during the past two months. We were all unprepared for this unprecedented event but you have shown incredible understanding for us to continue to operate through this time.

We’re delighted to announce that as the situation eases in both Australia and South Korea, we have started stocking on our products. But due to reduced flights, the shipment from South Korea is currently slow. Therefore, you will still see products not replenished quick enough.

Regarding the frequently asked pick up service, unfortunately, we will have to keep it closed until the NSW government eases on the restrictions. We will keep you updated and let you know as soon as we re-open for pick up.

Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing delays in their delivery service. They are working hard to get the parcels to you as soon as they can. Most of our interstate regular parcels were able to be received around 5~6 business days. For express post, it’s around 2~4 business days.

Again, thank you so much for your understanding during this difficult time. Hope we get through this and become better selves on the other end.
