New Delivery Option

Dear Customer,

We now have a new Delivery Option at a reduced cost to you! The service is provided by Sendle, who uses Fastway and Couriers Please. The delivery time frame is expected to be 2~6 business days. You will receive tracking information along the way and free shipping insurance for up to $100. They are 100% Carbon Neutral.

If you’re not home, your parcel will either be left at a safe place or a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel or schedule a re-delivery.

We will be offering our Free Shipping through Sendle by default and the free shipping threshold is now $75!

You still have the option to have your order delivered by Australia Post, just make the selection at the checkout.

Sendle does not deliver to Auction houses, Malls or shopping centres, Furniture and retail stores and Hospitals.

For deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, please select AusPost.
