Order Pick Up

You are welcome to pick up your order from our Rhodes office in Sydney to save on shipping cost.

Order pickups are available Monday to Friday and Sunday. We are closed on Saturday.

After placing an order, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pick up, usually 1 business day.

Please fill in the form below to book a time slot at least 24 hours before coming to our office, otherwise the office may not be attended.

We will then confirm the time slot with you via email with detailed instructions.

Note: we normally reply within a few hours. If you don’t hear from us, please send an email to [email protected] or use the “Mailbox” button.

We are located at 1501/46 Walker St, Rhodes NSW. It is a 5-minute walk from Rhodes Railway Station along Walker St.
Please understand that our office is not open to public. All pick up orders will be handed over at the foyer of the building.
Once you arrive at the foyer, please use the telecom to give us a buzz and let us know your order number and email. We will come down with your order.
