What to expect after placing an order?

  • You will receive a confirmation email summarising the order within 5 minutes. Please check your junk mail box if not in the inbox.
  • Order ready for dispatch or pickup within 24 hours
  • Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekends will be dispatched on the following working day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched or details of pick up once your order is ready for pick up. Please check your junk mail box if not in the inbox.

*Delays are sometimes expected during special times (e.g. Christmas, COVID). Delivery times are outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility for delayed delivery time.

Delivery Address

  • We recommend using a business address wherever possible.
  • Please double check that your address is correct when placing the order. We are unable to change the address after the order is dispatched. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.


A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is prepared for shipping. You will also receive notifications from the delivery partner (Australia Post or Sendle) advising the status of your delivery. Please keep an eye on your order’s delivery status. If the parcel is returned to us due to uncollection, additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.

What happens if I'm not home to receive the order?

If you’re not home, the delivery partner will determine whether there is a safe place to leave the parcel on your premise. If there is no safe place, a card will be left with instructions of how to collect your parcel or schedule for re-delivery. 

I haven't received my order in the expected timeframe, who should I contact?

We understand the frustration of not knowing what’s happening to your order. If you have any concerns about the delivery, please contact us via the contact form, email or whatsapp. We will address as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding that the posties are experiencing a lot of pressure and heavy work load. We ask that you kindly give them a couple days extra if your parcel is not delivered on time. Most of our orders are delivered around the expected time frame, except for special times such as Christmas and COVID.

What happens if my order is damaged or lost during delivery?

  • We pack all our orders with extra care to ensure they arrive safely at your place. 
  • All orders come with $100 shipping insurance free of charge so you have peace of mind.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost during delivery, please don’t panic. We will take care of it for you. In the first instance, please contact us via email or whatsapp describing the issue and accompanied by photo evidence. We will deal with any applicable compensation after reviewing the case.

Returned parcels

In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address entered at check out or unclaimed from our delivery partner, you are responsible for additional shipping charge to have the order re-shipped to you. If you wish to cancel the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Additionally, a re-stocking fee of $10 applies.
