*Delays are sometimes expected during special times (e.g. Christmas, COVID). Delivery times are outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility for delayed delivery time.
- We deliver to addresses accepted by the Australia Post network which includes PO BOX and PARCEL LOCKERS.
- We recommend using a business address wherever possible.
- Please double check that your address is correct when placing the order. We are unable to change the address after the order is dispatched. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is prepared for shipping. You will also receive notifications from Australia Post advising the status of your delivery. Please keep an eye on your order’s delivery status. If the parcel is returned to us due to uncollection at a Post Office, additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.
What happens if I'm not home to receive the order?
If you’re not home, Australia Post will determine whether there is a safe place to leave the parcel on your premise. If there is no safe place, your order will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. You have 10 business days to collect the parcel before it is returned to us.
I haven't received my order in the expected timeframe, who should I contact?
We understand you want to receive the goodies as soon as possible. If you have any concerns about your order, please email us or use the form below to contact us. Please understand that the posties are experiencing a lot of pressure and heavy work load. We ask that you give them a couple days extra if your parcel is not delivered on time. Most of our orders are delivered around the expected timeframe, except for special times such as Christmas and COVID.
What happens if my order is damaged or lost during delivery?
- We pack all our orders with extra care to ensure they arrive safely at your place.
- All orders come with $100 shipping insurance free of charge so you have peace of mind.
- In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost during delivery, please don’t panic. We will take care of it for you. In the first instance, please contact us via email describing the issue and accompanied by photo evidence. We will deal with any applicable compensation after reviewing the case.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address entered at check out or unclaimed from the post office, you are responsible for additional shipping charge to have the order re-shipped to you. If you wish to cancel the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Additionally, a re-stocking fee of $10 applies.
